We follow a simple Return Policy.
Please note that we only accept Returns in case of a damaged or a defective product.
Customers have to raise a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
Customers will need to attach an Unboxing/ Opening video of the product from the start.
Customers have to raise a Return Request by going to the My Orders section and clicking on the specific product they want to return. The Return option will be only available if the window for return hasn't been exhausted.
However, incase you are not happy with your purchase we would also be happy to exchange your product for a different product. You can also choose to customise. Kindly get in touch with us on the above mentioned mobile numbers for exchange requests.
Incase of exchange, you will need to ship the product back to us Shipping Charges, in all cases, are non-refundable.
