SHIPPING POLICY

We are a Made to Order brand who makes every product from scratch so we take about 15-21 days to make an order.

This is our way of reducing the Carbon Footprint and making sure we dont produce surplus which contributes to environmental pollution.

Shipping of the same product takes 2-3  business working days  meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.

Public holidays and festive season are also taken into account when calculating the transit time. 

We make sure to deliver every product before time but since its a small team,  sometimes things might not work out our way and we end up taking more time than was promised earlier. Rest assured this rarely happens but if it does, we will definitely notify you of the same over a text and an email.

Shipping charges are all included with the products. We do not charge them seperately unless in some cases where certain pin codes/area may not be serviceable or may require to be charged an additional amount.

Please check with us for the same.

In cases of Returns, you will need to self ship it back to us as we do not have reverse pick up service as yet.

Please note the shipping charges for Returns is Non - Refundable.
